Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Product must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Promotional or discounted items

Approved returns may be eligible for:

• Product exchange  OR
• Store credit

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.

To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from EcoGlobal.
